To illustrate his interesting talk and to entertain us, Peter will bring along some artefacts from that bygone and sometimes idyllic era, over 60 years ago.
Peter was educated at the Judd School and went up to Cambridge in 1959. He worked in operational research for Esso at Fawley, before spending 30 years in the electricity supply industry (Eastern Electricity and Seeboard) in management services and as a Customer Services Manager. Peter later worked for the European Young Homelessness Network as part of Shelter HQ; and is now a freelance consultant to churches ·and charities, together with various volunteer and fundraising activities, with an increasing involvement in the NHS.
