I am thoroughly enjoying being able to support the local village fetes and community events by helping out in any way that I can.
I was one of two District Councillors who played in the last cricket match (27th July), Sevenoaks Council V Tunbridge Wells Council. It took some stamina and determination to stay in batting against some interesting bowling.
I took one wicket as well and proved that SDC has what it takes to be formidable challengers when it comes to batting, bowling and fielding.
